Regarding the Luncheon
HOW SHOULD I DRESS?
We encourage our guests to use business casual as a general rule of thumb however, from time to time we will have a theme such as the Roaring 21’s and encourage our guests that are able to dress according to the theme to please do so. Dressing according to theme is by no means a requirement.
HOW DO I PICK UP MY TICKETS?
If you purchase tickets or reserve a table on line, your tickets will be available on the day of the event at the Will Call desk. The tickets or table will be held under the purchaser’s full name. Otherwise, tickets should be distributed to our patrons by the committee member that sold the ticket or table.
WHAT’S INCLUDED IN THE TICKET PRICE?
The entire afternoon’s event is covered by your ticket or table purchase. This includes access to the vendor mall, reception hour preceding the luncheon, all entertainment during the luncheon and of course the main event, the Macy’s produced fashion show.
HOW MANY PEOPLE DOES THE TABLE SIT?
A reserved table seats 10 people.
WHERE WILL MY TABLE BE?
Tables are assigned on a first come, first serve basis. You will be notified at the Will Call desk or by the committee member that sold you the table of your table number. Since we may not know all of your guests, is important to communicate the table number to all of your guests prior to your guest’s arrival at the event.
